Here is a question I get a lot.
What are the four characteristics of innovation?
Well, the first one is it starts off with an insight that is a human truth, a belief, an obvious pain point, or a frustration or an unmet need or desire, or even emerging trend that hasn't been capitalized on yet.
Two, it's about having an idea that effectively solves. That problem that you've identified or that emerging trend or opportunity?
Three, it's about looking at. Iterating, creating a prototype or a trial in order to test that this idea really, really does work.
And finally, four, it's about execution, commercialization. It's about getting rubber on the road, making sure you can build and produce your solution in a timely manner, in a profitable way that enables you to get that product or that service out to market and gives you a great profitable return.
Thanks for listening. We'll see you next time.
