Man was born in sin and shapen in iniquity. He therefore has a sin problem. Since sin is rebellion against God, he has a sin account which he needs to settle. HOW can that be done? He must acknowledge that he is a sinner and needs a Saviour. He MUST confess his sins and repent of his ways. He needs to be buried in water in the name of Jesus Christ for the removal of sins and the answer of a good conscience towards God. He needs to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
