When God knows our name it means that we matter to Him. It means that He cares about us, about who we are and what we say and do. As believers we have been adopted into the kingdom of God. Our names are written in the palm of his hands. We are given a new identity and a life filled with opportunities. We are children of God. The Lord knows our name and desires our worship and praise.
