Pruning is essential for plants and trees. In a similar sense as we abide in Christ God prunes our luves. He takes unfruitful branches and prunes fruitful ones to stimulate further growth. He may use something like an unkind word or a rejecting gesture as a pruning tool but it is all for our good. He prunes us with extreme love so that we can bear more fruit. Be blessed Evang.
