I am Enough Meditation
I am enough
I am unique in how I am made
Just because others may not see my value
Does not mean I am not valuable
My external does not determine my value
God tells me I am valuable
That voice determines who an what I am
God is in me
I love everthing about myself
I love the good and the bad
I will focus on my strengths
I will play on my strengths
I will find out that my gifts are
I will detach myself from all that does not serve me
I will tune into me
I will rely on me
I will depend on me
I only keep those around that know and respect my boundaries
I will work to find MORE THINGS that I like about myself
I will distance myself from people who try to determine my value
I will distance myself from people who try to justify
their bad behavior
I will own my weaknesses but not beat myself up for them
I will not take people's things on as my own
I am enough
I am enough for myself and that is okay
I will not invite anyone else in my life until I completely
like
