Consistency is one of the three parts of creating high performance results. But, in this episode, I offer a completely different take on what should be the focus of your consistent efforts. If you're not careful, consistency can become a place for judgment, criticism and shame but it doesn't have to be. If you focus on the three areas presented in this episode, it's much easier to create long lasting consistency in achieving your goals. Instead of focusing on the consistent effort for your current goal, focus on these consistent behaviors that will help you achieve every goal you set.
