Description

Discipline is the third part of creating high performance results, and in this episode I’m offering a completely different way to think about self-discipline. The mere mention of discipline can cause one to break out in the cold sweats and shame spiral of inadequacy. We’ve been conditioned to have some really shitty beliefs about discipline that lead us to feel like we’re inferior for not having it. And - to make it even even worse - the ways we try to become more disciplined actually set us up to fail. Discipline is wildly important to creating high performance results - it’s how we install new habits of thinking and behavior. But we MUST change the way we view and develop discipline to have a non-toxic relationship with discipline.
