Description

A common belief shared in the self-improvement world is that you're either in your comfort zone or your outside it creating your dreams. 

In this episode, I propose that there's no such thing as a comfort zone - especially when you are a growth-minded, goal oriented person. 

Instead, I propose the three zones that actually exist, and how we move through them to achieve our goals (or get stuck).
