Repentance Is Starting Point.Repentance Leads To Water Baptism.
Water Culminates In Spirit Baptism, (Acts 2:37-38).
3. TWO CONCLUSIONS:
Every Believer MUST Be Born Again, (John 3:7)
Every Born-Again Person Must Now Grow, (1 Peter 2:1).
