Gina has her Bachelor's in Science in Dietetics at Eastern Michigan University as well as Master of Science in Human Nutrition at Eastern Michigan University. More importantly, she has put it all to use! Gina digs deeper than providing a diet plan or workout plan.
We discussed her results and feelings around a continuous glucose monitor from 2020. On top of that, she has really focused in on hormones (particularly cortisol) and what raises and lowers levels, how our bodies feel, and more. I could talk for hours with her about your body.
