Tiffany is a life coach, energetic healer, and Akashic Practitioner. She is an activator and guide for middle-aged women who are ready to redefine life, love, and relationships. She speaks to women who have heard their inner voice but feel trapped in societal roles. As a former Pilates teacher, she saw within her clients the deep connection between their life outside the studio and their ability to create the change within their bodies inside the studio.
