Embodied movement had always been Krista's touchstone but here was a portal to equanimity. There she found answers in the stillness, her truth, and connected with her higher self. She was learning to listen, connecting to spirit. After receiving her Yoga Teacher Training and BreathPlay Coaching certifications and continuing to educate herself and putting herself around like-minded people, she noticed she was attracting others who needed healing as well and who honored who she was on her inner journey. She could be there for them through compassion, conscious circular breathing, yoga, therapeutic touch, intuitive guidance and spiritual teachings that were gifted to her.
