Today we start our conversation based on a post that Polly saw that refers to honoring native American cultures and if we are to really honor them we need to stand with them through the struggle as well as the wealth of knowledge, spiritual power and beauty. This brings up how we see, interact with and integrate native cultures of all types.
Since white privilege and BLM is also such a current topic, we attempt to navigate how we can integrate other cultures without using them as a flavor of the month or disrespecting them. Hopefully this will make us all think deeper about the ways in which we can truly honor indigenous peoples everywhere.
