On today's episode we have Glynn "Scooter" Williams. A husband, father of 3, and a hard worker who determined that his life will not be cut short by food addiction. Scooter has been on a fitness journey that saw him lose over 130lbs, naturally and illnesses that was associated with overweight has faded away. Now he has more time, energy, and focus with his life and goals. He shared his tips on how he overcame obesity, his new outlook on life, and the inspiration behind it all!
