Susan is a human behaviour and performance expert. She runs her own training company and previously worked at the ESA, training astronauts and ground control in different aspects of human factors. During our chat we discuss what makes astronauts special, how to avoid mutinies in space and how teaching 17 year olds shaped her space career.
