In todays episode I share a mediation.  This meditaiton offers an opportunity to set an intention and open up your mind and heart to starting anew.  This can be done at the start of a new day, week, or month.  This can also be done anytime you feel you want to make a conscious change in how you are moving through your day.  A change in mindset can be just what we need to bring new possibilities.
