Its an all new episode of thirtyish: a podcast for adults figuring their ish out and this one is a great one!!!!!! I am talking about mental health in the Black community with my friend and line sister Elizabeth Armstrong, who is a Marriage and Family therapist .  With the pandemic putting us in situations we have never seen and weren't properly equipped for, there has been a rise of people, specifically Black people doing the work to heal themselves and the work to help navigate their mental state.
