Welcome back to another episode of thirtyish. I cannot believe this is episode 6 already and it just keeps getting better and better. Before I get into the episode, I start off with my very own theme song for my podcast. I absolutely love 90s sitcoms; and their theme songs were always a vibe so let me know if ya'll like it or not (keep in mind I'm an artist and I'm sensitive about my shit lol).
Okay so this episode is titled heaux life (Happiness Over Everything) and you've probably guessed it...we are getting real, raw and uncut. I have my two boo thangs, my sister-friends, Sydney and Tish on and we are having "girl talk" in front of the masses. This episode is for all my ladies with WAP as well as for my fellas to learn a thing or two on how to treat it.
What is a "hoe phase" (7:35), There's levels to a "hoe phase (10:15), We cancel the term "hoe phase" it's now called being "liberated women" (19:35), To teach or not to teach (22:50), Deleting bodies IS a thing (27:07), "Men who carry around magnums and you don't have a magnum size dick" (31:02), Sex can't be boring (36:58), Younger men VS Older men (40:49), Online dating (50:55), "Nigga you lucky...you caught me at a good time" (57:52), Porn talk...you search WHATTTTT (1:00:00), Advice for men and notes for our girls on their liberation journey and I end with one of my favorite songs by Princess Nokia I Like Him (1:07:45).
There's some static throughout the episode, mainly when you get to 1:03:00-1:05:00 so turn down the volume a bit. I'm still trying to figure some things out.
As always thank you all for listening to another episode of thirtyish: a podcast for adults figuring their ish out. Let me know your thoughts on this episode on twitter @30irty_ish using the hashtag #thirtyish.
