Meet Major Tamiko Wright who is an Army Veteran that has been in the Military for 20 years. She's been married for just over 17 years and has two girls. Her career in the Military as well as the people she's met along her journey has been amazing. Major Wright started off her career on the enlisted side of the house and then 6 years later decided she wanted to become an officer. It was the best choice she says she's ever made! As an officer, she was not only able to help Soldiers, but effect change as well. Outside of the Military, Tamiko enjoys nice runs in the park and spending time with her family.
