In Fall River, where I grew up and started investing, I had one major employer. It was Textiles Business. As soon as textiles went to China, the whole city became depressed and went from a population of 150,000 to 86,000 over 50 years.
Look at your city. More employers mean more people means more businesses taking more ground.
