3 small practical and powerful steps which will lead to a domino effect in achieving Mindful state 

 - Step 1 : Breathing - 10 minutes daily for at least a week (though evidence suggests that mindfulness increases the more you practice it).

 - Step 2 : Feeling - 5 minutes daily, feel your surrounding, close your eyes and listen to the world around.  

- Step 3 : Touching - 5 minutes daily, Ear massage detoxifies and stimulates the body’s systems. . 

It improves the circulation, strengthens the immunity and relaxes the body and the mind.
