Billy Foster is one of the great caddie characters in the game’s history.
The longtime European Tour caddie – currently with Matthew Fitzpatrick – has walked the fairways with, among others, Lee Westwood, Darren Clarke, Sergio Garcia and the legendary Seve Ballesteros.
Billy joined Jonny and Dave on the pod this week to recount of incredible stories from his 38 year career from winning the DP World Tour Championship last December to receiving a letter from Seve requesting his caddying services and taking part in 14 Ryder Cups and being reduced to tears by Darren Clarke's heroic performance at the 2006 Ryder Cup in The K Club.
It was a pleasure to talk with Billy about his wonderful career and we're excited to see what the future has in store, hopefully we'll see him lift the Claret Jug soon.
