So here is the Terminators first charge: trust yourself. I think this secret as simple as it sounds has some meat to it. So  deep, deep down, who do you want to be, not what do you want to do. Who do you want to be is a deeper question.

The second statute is to “break some rules, but not the law” There are so many rules in life about everything It is not possible to be a Maverick if you're too well behaved. Break the rules that hold you in.

Principle number three: don't be afraid to fail: Arnold states “anything I've ever attempted, I was always willing to fail, you can’t always win.”

Next ignore the naysayers: We hear all the time “you can't do this, or you can't do that,” People say this only because they have never seen it done before. Arnold stated “I love it when someone says no one has ever done this before because then when I do it that means that I'm the first one that has done it.”

On to principle number 5 Arnold said “this is the most important law in the world. “Work Like Hell.” There is absolutely no way around the hard road. Arnold said “I've always believed leaving no stone unturned Muhammad Ali one of my great hero's he had a great line in the 70’s when he was asked how many sit-ups do you do?” Muhammad said “I don't count my sit-ups. I only start counting when it starts hurting. When I feel pain that’s when I start counting because that's when it really counts.”

On to the 6th fundamental: “give something back” We did not get to where we are today without assistance. We did not make it on our own. We got help along the way. None of us live on an island by ourselves. So none of us have done anything alone. This message is of particular importance right now! With all that is going on in the world we need to help each other. There are millions of children who need help. Families that don’t have enough money. People who can’t read. You can make a difference. Teach someone to read, encourage people to exercise! Join an Organization  where you can give a child a hug, or hang a medal around their neck and say “you’re a winner!” tell people we believe in you! We love you! You are important to us! I promise you reaching out and helping people will bring you more satisfaction than anything else you've ever done.

Some of you will say I don’t have time for all these. Arnold says, “I've always figured out that there are 24 hours a day, so you sleep 6 hours. That leaves you 18 hours left. You work for 8 or 10 that still leaves plenty of time to do all 6 of these. Some say I sleep 8 or 9 hours. I would recommend you to sleep faster. Just remember you can't climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pockets.

Now I hope each one of you will hear me when I say how much I appreciate each of you. I’m grateful that you are spending your time with me today so we can develop this friendship.
