So there are three things that will make you happier and healthier. They are big and yet many people miss them. These three things will make a huge difference in your life. These are Ideas shared by Lewis Howes on the”School of Greatness”
The first one is to take care of your body. Nothing takes us away from happiness faster than pain. Taking care of the body is the only way to overcome pain. Drugs don't do it reliably or without side effects. Dr’s are unable to overcome poor nutrition or habits. But for thousands of years humans moved their body a lot doing lots doing physical tasks. YOUR body is made to walk, hike, run, lift, and carry weight. Our bodies were strong and could act without regular pain. How many Mins per day are you moving? We would hunt for food, garden, and run to protect our lives and to get places. We could deal with extremes like hot and cold. For most of that time we had a diet based on real food. Things like plants, nuts, fruits for a few months out of the year, and then our meats were not fed on corn and filled with antibiotics. There was no “junk” or highly processed foods. How much of your food is not processed?
The second thing we need to have a great life is to live without regret. That is only possible if we do the things we think about. You are either brave or comfortable. It is hard to be both. If you are comfortable then you are not very brave. It is brave to step out of your comfort zone and to do things that you haven’t before. But it is not comfortable. We are often not willing to do things outside our comfort zone.
Lastly, Be of sacrifice to those around you. Sacrifice and helping others will give you an amazing life. Give back there has been others that have given to you. The way to happiness and greatness is through service. It provides purpose and responsibility for your life. It creates connection and reciprocation. Those provide for happiness in your life. Giving back increases self esteem. As you serve others no one can take that away from you. Serving others decreases feelings of loneliness. A study done by AARP in 2010 unearthed that 42.6 million adults over the age of 45 suffer from chronic loneliness. Combating this begins with getting to know the people in your community, learning their stories to grow a bond that can lead to a strong friendship. Helping others is rewarding and increases gratitude. The law that states what we concentrate on increases will be proved with a sense of increased gratitude you will find more to be grateful for.

We are very similar. We have a bunch in common. We want an Amazing life. We work to learn and better ourselves. So You mean a lot to me and I am glad you are here.
