Today's adventure features Disability Sport Wales member, Aled Davies. He throws shot put, and discus for Team Great Britain. He is a gold medalist in the Paralympics (London and Rio), IPC World Championships (Lyon, Doha, and London), and IPC European Championships (Swansea and Grosseto).
