Do you remember where you were or what you were doing on March 14th, 2020? This was the day that the COVID-19 pandemic was declared a national emergency. For many, this was the day that everything was changing. For the employees at the King Arthur Baking Company's Baker's Hotline, this was the day before a national-wide baking frenzy began, and calls started flooding in. But, these calls were about more than just baking, they were a way to socialize during lock-down. In this episode, we talk about the connecting power of food, table, and cooking for those you love. We also tryout our own baking hotline by answering some baking conundrums.
