Christian Eichner is the Director of professional development at ICF Doha in the State of Qatar. Mr. Eichner is a German citizen and has come to the Middle East 15 years ago where he worked and lived across all major countries and markets. He originally comes from a strategy consulting background but is today an Executive in a bank in the Middle East. At the same time, he is an ICF credentialed coach and focuses on coaching teams. His passion is to work and engage with people from different background and cultures. Having worked as a strategy consultant, project manager and advisor, he believes that coaching in corporations and teams can help to create emotional engagement among stakeholders. This in his view is the major driver to overcome roadblocks in successful strategy/ project execution that often find their root cause in human and leadership behavior and ultimately impact bottom-line performance.
