Nouzada Hady is an experienced learning and development professional with more than 20 years of corporate experience, and over 10 years of specialized experience Human Resources Management, implementation of trainings and Executive Coaching.
Recently, Nouzada is promoted to Head the Talent and Development Team in Schindler on MENA level. Her main responsibilities are to find talents and create for them a career path that will enrich their employee experience in Schindler and guarantee high performance that will reflect on business results.
Nouzada has a long-standing experience with diverse international organizations and Startups in Egypt and abroad where she established departments bottom-up formulating their policies, procedures, managing HR operations, and developing people.
Nouzada’s passionate belief in human potential and supporting people in their quest to determine their life purpose made her study psychology and join the coaching profession since 2015. Her experience as a coach, facilitator and trainer furthers her ability to support others trying to stay focused on their objectives. She has experience in business development and business management which she has put in service to major coaching schools in Egypt and supported them to gain market share and expand their portfolio. Nouzada is currently appointed as President of the ICF (International Coach Federation) Egypt Chapter.
