Ksenia was an learning and development practitioner when she was introduced to coaching in 2005 by becoming a part of coaching culture implementation team. Fascinated by this human-centric approach to employee development she enrolled in coach training herself and became an internal coach. This is when she became an ICF Russia volunteer and was later elected to the ICF Russia Board of Directors. She is passionate about development of coaches and coaching industry in Russia and sees her impact by closing the gap between international and Russian community of coaches through translating Global research, engaging world-famous experts in coaching and exposing coaching community to world best-practices.
