 ✅ Flexibility in building escalation policies became an important feature and usability and simplicity 

✅ Growth hacks without the website messaging is a disaster 

✅ Uniform messaging was key across PH, website and response to messages were key 

✅ Reading and adhering to community guidelines is very important and you don’t want to mess with it

 ✅ Reaching is the milestone of processing 1 million incidents has been critical on how we onboarded
