A few days back Brando watched an intense documentary entitled The Social Dilemma, that took on the current state of social media and the impacts it's having on all of us, especially the younger generation. After tons of thinking and much spirited discussion, he thought it would be a perfect conversation topic to bring to the pod.
On today's episode we discuss the technological differences between our generations, the effect (both good and bad) social media has on our brain chemistry, and what we see happening as the world becomes more dependent on our screens.
