Will interviews the Assistant Coach of the India Women’s National Team, Janneke Schopman.

A Dutch hockey legend, Janneke retired as a professional hockey player in 2010, having won Olympic Gold (Beijing) and Silver (Athens), in addition to one World Cup Gold (2006), one European Gold (2005) and 3 Champions Trophies (2004, 2005, 2007).

Post retirement, Schopman became the head coach for the women's squad of the Dutch club SCHC. In 2014, she led the team to their first appearance in the final of the Hoofdklasse, the top league in The Netherlands. In 2014 Schopman was assigned to be the head coach for the U21 US Women's National Team and assistant coach for the United States women's national field hockey team under Craig Parnham. In January 2017 she became the US Women's National Team head coach.

Since the winter of 2019, Schopman has been the Assistant Coach of the India Women’s National Team.
