We begin our first-ever three-part series on faith with Retired Minister & Evangelist Rod Myers of Sarasota, Florida. Rod steps in as guest host for the next three weeks with an informative, enlightening, and engaging conversation about the foundation of faith, which is an open, honest, and educational reflection on something we all have...faith! Yes, even those who claim they believe in nothing, are espousing a faith. Mr. Myers has spent 52 years as a servant leader sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ across the world. He has been actively involved in mission work in Haiti, Kenya, and several other countries in the world. Throughout this series, Rod challenges you to consider the tenets of your faith, ask yourself why you believe what you believe, and examine the foundations of your faith. He carefully crafts a conversation that is inviting, and open, but, most of all, one that is easy to embrace. I met Bro. Myers over 30 years ago, I was a young Airman at the time who started attending the Boca-Delray church of Christ, Rod and his family enveloped us with warmth and grace that is sorely lacking today. One could say it was a somewhat special congregation of people. When the idea of doing a worship/religious/spiritual series, I could think of no one I respected more to present to our audience than Rod Myers.
