David Aust is a good friend of mine I met at a summer camp and became friends with. He recently graduated from the University of Iowa and plans to go to Seminary. We sat down over a zoom call and talked about his story and how he became a follower of Jesus and also reformed theology which is something David is incredibly passionate about. A point to remember about what the debate of Calvinism vs. Arminianism is the question: does faith come before election or does election come before faith. That point is something we forgot to mention but is vital to have a better understanding of what we are talking about at some points.
