Are you striving to have perfect balance in your life? Or, do you have no balance at all? Are you completely out of alignment and therefore, out of balance? It is difficult for over achievers, people pleasers, martys or caretakers because they are doing too much of one thing. There is little balance in their lives. It is the “shoulds” in our lives that continue to push us and we do more than be. We can easily be human doings and not human beings. It can also show up where some are not motivated and can become depressed. There are so many areas in our lives that we try to find balance. While we are not looking for perfect balance we are aiming to come back to balance when we become aware that we have lost balance.
