How many times have you been in a rut or a difficult time in your life and felt like you would never see the light at the end of the tunnel? Do you abandon self-care during these times and therefore end up feeling even more depleted? The most important thing we can do for ourselves is to take care of ourselves even if it is sprinkled throughout the day. A few minutes of breathing or stretching or drinking some extra water will actually make a difference. It is a practice of putting water in the bucket so that when a crisis hits you are more apt to handle the situation. While this is not an easy practice the more that we do it the easier it gets because we are creating new neural pathways.  To hear more on this listen to Kim and Tia share.
