In the last episode Kim and Tia talked about giving ourselves permission to slow down and rest. In this episode they continue the conversation and talk about how important it is to listen to our bodies. Our bodies will tell us when to rest, when to move, what to eat and how much to eat etc.. if we just listen. The problem is that often we don’t listen to the body and we do everything from our minds and in particular from our old outdated belief systems and from the masks that we wear. This causes us to become run down, overwhelmed, stressed and burned out. Kim and Tia give some tools that work for them when faced with these situations. Take a listen to hear more.
