About Harvey:
I retired several years ago after 37 years in public education. During that time I taught history, was a Counselor, a High School and Middle School Principal and a Superintendent. At the same time my Wife was a Special Education Teacher. On the home front we raised two sons who were 8 years apart. One had diabetes from age 3 and the other was ADD. Both presented unique challenges. My degrees are BS in History/Education and MS in Educational Counseling. I also completed certification programs in Educational Administration.
