Description

As covered in Episode 2, situations bring us to the Thought Cycle, which consists of thoughts, emotions, efforts, and outcomes (TEEO). In this episode, we discuss in more detail the effort part of the Thought Cycle. Some efforts are a result of a thought that one thinks over and over until it creates a habit. Positive efforts can lead to progression in the direction we want to go, while negative efforts (or no effort at all) leave us stagnant or moving away from desired goals and progression. Our favorite quote of our own from this episode is "pinpoint your pain points". This is essential to being more intentional about where you put forth your efforts.
