He owns a popular YouTube channel where he provides an unlimited amount of information and introspection in regards to triathlon training. We discuss various topics such as: triathlons, heart rate training, nutrition & supplementation. Taren then delves into the psychological aspects of training and how endurance is largely a mental battle within ourselves.
