Episode 11 guest Alex Walmsley has represented Great Britain, England and St Helens Rugby league player. Alex has played over 200 games for St Helens and has won the Super League twice and played in the 2017 World Cup Final for England.   
Firstly, we discuss how Alex got into professional rugby league through student rugby.   
Alex talks about the struggles of training alone during lockdown and now back playing games with no fans and the effects this has had on players.
