Clean Slates
Col 2.14-15
"... you were incapable of responding to God. God brought you alive—right along with Christ! Think of it! All sins forgiven, the slate wiped clean, that old arrest warrant canceled and nailed to Christ’s cross. He stripped all the spiritual tyrants in the universe of their sham authority at the Cross and marched them naked through the streets."
Yes,the slates are clean! You've been declared free.
How about this that I suffer?
I make bold to declare that it's merely a mirage.Oh but it feels so real,you don't know what I feel Soski.
As real as your pain or reproach feels, something is more real,rich and more authentic.His love is more real than your pain.
Your pain is not more tangible or fierce than the fiery furnace before the 3 Hebrew boys OR can your perplexity come close to what Moses and the multitude of Israel faced while at the red Sea.
How about the woman sick for twelve years with a stench with no dignity left to her anymore or you think folks around her didn't guess for want of details that there was something absolutely wrong with her.
How about the Physicians that saw her?She faced humiliation-she was a total mess of a woman.
I've come with good news.You have a clean bill of health-You're free!
Declaration-Christ has set (me) free to live a free life. So I take stand! Never again will I let anyone including me put a harness of slavery on me.
