Sparkie tells the tale of the serial killer Gordon Stewart Northcott, his cousin/brother Sanford Clark, and the brutal murders of 4 young boys. There is also much discussion of the old days way back when (and wild speculation about such) and Ted Bundy, whose life has some surprising similarities to this killer's.
