Prayer was a struggle for me most of my walk with Christ. It's only when He began to nudge me towards a prayer life that my faith came alive and tangible. My relationship with Him was more real than any other relationship in my life. Prayer puts us in the presence of God and there is no better place to be when trying to practice self-care. We can leave our burdens and partake the divine exchange of healthy Holy things he was to give.
