About Leigh Ann Hello
Leigh Ann Hello is known all over the world as “Be The Hugger”. This has been in Leigh Ann’s heart for over 20 years. During this time she’s become an international keynote and motivational speaker, facilitatedmany masterminds and book clubs and most notably hit the TedX red carpet to give a talk on Hugs, which made it to TED.com! She proudly owns The Cabinet Studio with her mom, an Eco-Luxe Kitchen Design and Non-Toxic Cabinet company that just celebrated 25 years of success. They’ve incorporated hugging as part of their corporate culture. Leigh Ann and her boyfriend Mike host a weekly podcast centered around mental health and addiction called First Day Pod and most recently Leigh Ann launched what she hopes to be a world-wide movement called “Be The Hugger” - A community to exchange stories, ideas, tips and inspiration about how to hug ourselves and those around us more often so we can build a loving community that will spread to the world around us!
