LaChelle Adkins, “America’s SuperMom “ has the ability to juggle career, marriage and 15 children with a smile instead of stress. She and her husband Jerome have 15 children (13 together) and 2 of Jerome’s sons. Her life has been filled with her obstacles from being a people pleaser, losing her identity, and finding value beyond her role.
These issues are just a few that led to a downward spiral to three hospitalizations. In 2016, LaChelle decided to walk away from the victim mindset with her “Fresh”start strategy. She was able to overcome stress, depression and limiting beliefs and now coaches women to overcome the same obstacles.
