We think so but like everything else healthy boundaries are important for that work - life balance. You or your employees are more likely to stay in a position/company if you have a positive experience at work and enjoy the people you work with day in and day out. A co-worker that you can trust may share important goals, interests and values that make collaboration and team work more effective. So what do you do if you don't have that 'work bestie'?
