This week, we start our environmentalism miniseries by interviewing the leaders of the Youth Climate Action Coalition of Women (YCACW), Saydie and Aayushi. We delve into the intentions behind YCACW and how they became a movement of passionate youth looking to make a change. We then transition into leading a greener lifestyle in addition to talking about women as minorities in various fields. With a feminist lens, Saydie and Aayushi also talk about educating others on the topic of environmentalism and practical tips to make genuine changes within our communities. We are so thankful for Saydie and Aayushi, along with the entire YCACW community, for their time and words of wisdom. We are extremely excited for everyone to learn from what these two amazing activist have to say and we hope they inspire you to make a positive change in your carbon footprint.
