I used to be like you. I used to listen to all the advice from “gurus” online or friends making ridiculous claims about how they got in shape. Here’s some classic ones:

- “I just cut out bread”

- “I just stopped eating carbs”

- “I just started fasting”

- “I just started drinking celery juice”

- “I just stopped eating meat”

- “I just stopped eating grains”

You name it. People are quick to tell other people what to do without knowing the science. Wanna know the real reason your buddy lost all that weight———

Two words: CALORIE DEFICIT.

.

Now three words for emphasis: CALORIE FUCKING DEFICIT.

I used to think meal timing mattered. It doesn’t. I used to think that if I ate past 8pm my body stored more fat.

I used to think. I used to THINK way too much. You know what my problem was? Too much thinking. Not enough ACTION.

.

If you want to start seeing results, you gotta take action. Small actions. Consistently. Every day.

.

If you take one piece of toilet paper off a new roll every day, you don’t notice a difference in the size of that roll. But after weeks, you will definitely notice a big change. This is how fat loss works. Gradually. Small actions. Every day.

All you have to do is stop thinking and do this one thing, starting tomorrow...follow through. Make that small goal—-2 liters of water, walking for 10 minutes, meditate for 2 minutes, and follow through. Tomorrow.
