The pandemic has been a time of such unrest and uncertainties. It is a time of limited peace. Because of this, we must intentionally practice ways that will make our lives more tranquil. When we practice improving our mental, spiritual, and physical states of being, the pandemic will present in a more calm way. Life stressors will not overwhelm us but instead we will cope and overcome. As adults, parents, and guardians overcome, our children will benefit from our actions and learn lessons in overcoming as well.
